During International Student Orientation you can expect: Wednesday, August 19, 2026: 11:15am-8:00pm official check-in with BGSU’s International Programs & Partnerships Resource Fair Attend Graduate Student Orientation Picnic Lunch with the International Programs & Partnerships staff and other BGSU administration Temporary housing will NOT be available, students are responsible for making overnight accommodations prior to your arrival to campus. Thursday, August 20, 2026: 9:30am-4:00pm Students living on campus will be permitted to check-in to fall housing beginning on Monday, August 10, 2026. Students who will live on campus for the fall semester, but arrive prior to Monday, August 10, 2026 will need to make hotel or other arrangements prior to arriving to campus All students living off-campus will need to make other arrangements prior to arriving to campus Registration is no longer available because the registration deadline has passed.
